Orange Malone Ltd was set up in 2004 by Sophie Peterson, who has worked in the recruitment industry since 1996. She has an MA in History & Politics from the University of Edinburgh and has experience of recruiting for several different industries, including IT and banking and finance.
Prior to recruitment, Sophie worked as a journalist and then as a financial advisor for a large insurance company for three years. She offers a detailed understanding of both recruitment and insurance issues.

Orange Malone Ltd also has an office in Zug, Switzerland. Building on our strong reputation developed in the UK, we work with both candidates and clients in the actuarial and risk space in insurance, reinsurance and consultancy.
Covering all the main actuarial disciplines – life, non-life, employee benefits and investment, we recruit internally as well as being instrumental in bringing UK and European actuaries into Switzerland.
The office is led by Claire Stanley, who has lived and worked in Switzerland for the last 13 years bringing specialists of all levels into Switzerland from across the world. Her knowledge and experience within the market enables her to facilitate a smooth transition into Swiss working life which creates a positive hiring experience for all.
